Privacy Policy and GDPR
The Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a law within
the entire EU / EEA area that applies from 25 May 2018. It replaces the
previous national data protection laws with a set of rules that are better
adapted to the digital information society. This means, among other things,
that as a private individual you have more rights and opportunities for better
control of the personal data that you disclose.
Due to the GDPR, NEAdler Resource
AB in its collaboration with Apparatebau Kirchheim-Teck GmbH (hereinafter
referred to as AK) has adopted AK's privacy policy. The policy regulates the
handling of personal data. Click here for AKs privacy policy.
As a customer, partner or contact person, your
information is safe with us and we respect your privacy and protect the
personal information we hold. Personal data is processed in accordance with
current data protection laws and we ensure that your data is protected in the
right way. We do not distribute or share information to third parties without
the business associate's consent. The principle of consent is an important part
of the GDPR, which we of course respect.
You have the right to request information from NEAdler
Resource AB, free of charge, about the use of the personal data concerning you.
If your information originates from AK, we will refer you to them. We will, at
your request or on your own initiative, correct or delete information that is
incorrect or restrict the processing of such information. You also have the
right to request that your data not be processed for direct marketing purposes.
You also have the right to receive your personal data in a machine-readable
format or, if technically possible, to have the data transferred to a third
party that you instruct.
If you have questions about
your personal information with us, contact Arne Persson for NEAdler Resource
AB. See contact information on this website.
